The kickoff will be a Master class held at the Sara City Fitness Conference at 6PM on Thursday, February 5th at the Adams Mark Hotel on City Line Avenue in Philadelphia, PA. There will also be a live demonstration on the self-defense aspects of KoBu Power™ at the end of this class.
In addition, there will be several KoBu Power™ instructional classes held for those attending the AAAI/ISMA Fitness Convention on Saturday, February 7th in Valley Forge, PA at the Valley Forge Convention Center.
KoBu Power™ can also be seen in this month’s issue (Feb. 2004) of Muscle and Fitness HERS magazine. Muscle and Fitness HERS features the article entitled “A Workout to Stick With” and has given KoBu Power™ an international reach.
