31st National Collegiate Taekwondo Association Championships, MIT, Cambridge, MA, February 24th - 25th, 2006
Dear Collegiate Taekwondo Community,
On behalf of the MIT Sport Taekwondo Club and the National Collegiate Taekwondo Association, I would like to invite you to the 31st NCTA Championships. These National Collegiate Taekwondo Championships will be held at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Johnson Athletic Center, on Friday and Saturday, February 24-25, 2006. MIT is located in Cambridge, MA, just 4 miles from Boston Logan International Airport.
The complete application packet, which includes application forms and eligibility information for collegiate athletes, coaches, referees, and also includes NCTA team registration information, can be found at:

Also included in the packet is travel and lodging information, including information about the host hotel, where we have secured a special rate.
The tournament will feature poomse (forms) and sparring competition for both color belts and black belts, in addition to determining the national collegiate Taewondo school rankings for the year. For black belt sparring competitors, the Championships will be the first step in the qualification process for the 2006 US Collegiate National Taekwondo Team, which will compete at the 9th World University Taekwondo Championships. These 9th WUTC games will be held in Valencia, Spain on May 16-20, 2006.
