Feedback On Sensei Crawford's Inspirational Biography
Here's a nice testimonial that I recently got from a customer
after he read my biography.
It's both heart-warming and humbling...
"Willie,
In my 40 some years I have had the opportunity to read many
popular "self help" books, such as Psyco-Cybernetics by Maxwell
Maltz, MD and Dan Kennedy, Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill
and the Richest Man in Babylon by George S. Clason. While I must
admit I gained a tremendous magnitude of knowledge from each of
these books; none of them have moved me as much as "Git Off The
Porch."
Your story of how you rose from poverty to prosperity is not
only uplifting, but also a testimonial to anyone who has an
ounce of will to succeed in this thing we call "Life." One may
not be able to help the fact that they are born into a family of
poverty. However, it is also a well known fact, as 'Git off the
Porch" so clearly emphasizes, that you don't have to stay there.
You can rise up higher if you have the willpower and desire to
do so.
Life has so many great things to offer if we are only willing to
accept “the gift."
Your dedication to your work, family and to God is something to
be commended and I offer my utmost respect. Yes, there IS a
reason that Willie Crawford is known as "The Most Honest Man In
Internet Marketing."
I especially related to your “Hit It, And Then Quit” theory.
Although it’s something I have known for many years… I certainly
needed that reminder.
Thank you for sharing your life story with me, having read it...
I feel an overwhelming sense of humbleness and know I have
emerged a better man because of it.
Congratulations on authoring such a well defined piece of work.
All the best of success!

What Are The Exercises For A Healthy Back?
What Are The Exercises For A Healthy Back?
by Stephen Madsen
Practically all of us will experience back pain at some point
in our lives. In fact the American Academy of Orthopedic
Surgeons believe that 80% of us will develop back problems
before we die.
In order to lessen the risk of back paid due to injury; it may
help to strengthen the core muscles of the body to better
stabilize and support the spine. This can be achieved through
exercise which will strengthen the muscles, make them more
flexible, and correct the muscle imbalance.
The core muscles include every muscle between the shoulders and
the hips.
Back pain can result as an imbalance among these muscles for
example if the front of your thigh is stronger than the back of
your thigh it causes pull toward the front of your spine.
There are exercises you can do to help balance and strengthen
your core muscles and we will take a look at a few of them
below.
Deep breathing
This works the diaphragm which is a muscle that can help to
support your spinal column and helps the lower back when you
walk or run. Practice deep breathing through your diaphragm to
utilize this important muscle. As a check, when you breathe in,
your stomach should go out instead of your shoulders going up if
you are utilizing diaphragmatic breathing.
Tummy tuck
Lie face down on the floor and squeeze your glutes to draw your
abdominal muscles away from the floor. The motion should be to
stretch your tailbone to your heels and not contracting your
thighs. Do 15 repetitions of the tummy tuck and alternate it
with the bridge.
The bridge
Put your feet up on a bench or flat on the floor and scoop your
pelvis upward keeping your rib cage low. The muscle contractions
should focus on the hamstrings and glutes and this exercise
should be alternated with the tummy tuck above.

Bad Circulation? It's More Dangerous Than You Think!
I read a lot of books and ebooks every week on a
variety of topics. Some I read because I'm looking
for solutions to your problems. Some I read because
the authors ask me for reviews. Others I read because
the titles intrigues me.
One of the ones I read this week was entitled,
Beat Bad Circulation Before It Beats You Dead!
- Common Treatments And Natural Remedies
It did a great job of explaining what's probably happening
to you if you're over 40 and you experience...
- Cramping of the legs, buttocks, or feet
- Pain in your legs
- Legs and/or feet falling to sleep
- Tired aching feet
- Swelling of the legs
- Lower temperature in your arms, hands, legs, or feet
If you have any of these syptoms, or know anyone who does,
or suspect you have bad circulation, I recommend that you
check this ebook out at: http://www.beatbadcirculation.com

Your Window XP System Probably Has Spyware And Adware On It!
Maybe you have Adware and Spyware on your Windows XP system and know it?
Maybe you have Adware and Spyware on your Windows XP system and don't know it?
Possibly, it's a bit of both.
I've read that within 20 minutes of going out on the internet with a Windows XP system you will have enough Adware and Spyware on you system to start causing it to run slow and sluggish not to mention the fact that
someone is spying on you.
Personally, I hate the thought of that happening and I think that you do too.
I've been running a powerful Window XP performance enhancing software for a couple months and the results have been much, much greater than I expected. I've used it on my gaming computer which requires an immense amount of power to run some of the programs and I've been very surprised at the increase in response and speed of my system.
You can have the pro's explain how it works in terms anyone can understand by clicking the link here!
I don't claim to understand all of the technical stuff!
They can explain how it works much better than I can and they even have a video that explains how it works.
Go ahead and take a look, I think you'll like what you think.
Wishing you all the best,
Willie Crawford

Hurricane Wilma - A Category 5 Hurricane - The Most Intense Atlantic Hurricane On Record!

Meet Hurricane Wilma, the most intense Atlantic hurricane ON RECORD.
They're already evacuating the Florida Keys but it's difficult to
predict a storms exact part. They can look at current and winds
aloft and get a pretty good idea though.
In northwest Florida, we haven't really made any preparations yet.
Most of us still have supplies from the when we prepared for the
last 5 or 6 storms to hammer the state. My generate still has gas
in it :-)
Let's hope it fizzles while still out in the middle of the ocean.
If it hits my part of the state I plan on evacuating this time
since I've already ridden out 2 category 4 hurricanes and they're
NO FUN. You sit listening to the winds and wonder if the house
is going to collapse :-)
If you want to keep up with the latest, we make regular posts on
my Hurricane Wilma blog at http://hurricanewilma.blogspot.com
Maybe I'll change my fight name to Hurricane Wilma!
