After hanging out with a number of old friends at
seminars who have recently lost a few pounds, and
toned up, I've decided that I need to get healthier
too... or at least "lose the gut!"

I found something that IS working for me, and shared
it in an email to my ezine earlier today... without
mentioning that this is what I'm actually doing.

Anyway, since filters may have blocked a few emails,
I wanted to post that note here too:

Here is is:

Git Off The Couch

I'm going to warn you right now, the topic of this e-mail is a
bit outside of the ones you usually get from me...

And it's a bit long-winded too, but that should just tell you
how important I consider the subject...

See, here at Limitless Marketing we usually discuss products and
services that will help you grow your businesses, and generate
killer revenues and profits too.

Well, this new service from my friend Glenn Grundberg and his
partner Joshua Morris is really NO different.

Here's what I mean. As marketers, we sometimes get caught up in
the daily whirlwind of marketing and forget one simple truth:

It doesn't matter HOW much you make if you're not able to enjoy
it!

That's why I felt it was so important to get this e-mail to you.

Glenn and Josh have developed a powerful and exciting new plan-
called Personal Distance Training (PDT)- to Rapidly strip off
weight (or put it on, if that's what you need!), and get you
fitter and healthier...looking and feeling better...with more
energy and stamina than you've felt in years...

And do it painlessly, in just minutes a day- and from the
comfort of your own home or office!
http://TheRealSecrets.com/IronStrongFitness/

At Iron Strong Fitness, they have leveraged their insider
knowledge and experience as top-rated, certified and licensed
Personal Fitness Trainers...

Into an incredible online platform and fitness membership of a
scope and quality usually reserved only for celebrities or the
very wealthy.

Here's how it works:

When you join the Iron Strong PDT program, you will be given a
powerful set of fitness and weight loss tools, including:

* An Exhaustive Fitness Library chock-full of vital health,
diet, and workout articles including my favorite, the "15 minute
Fat Blaster" ;-)...

* Full access to an incredible Video Library of over 100 workout
routines and exercises that will show you proper form and safe
techniques to explode your results...

* Member's ONLY forums keyed to your training level where you
will personally interact with not only Iron Strong's Top
Trainers, but also Glenn, Josh and Brittany- the guys who TRAIN
the trainers...

* And much, much more...

But the REAL power of this sensational program is this:

When you become an Iron Strong Client, you will be assigned to a
Real, Live Human. Your Very Own Personal Trainer! Think of what
your pals are going to say when you drop THAT one on them at the
next gathering ;-)

Yup- unlike other online "fitness mills", Iron Strong Fitness
Hand-Crafts EVERY client's exercise prescriptions, diet
prescriptions and exercise regimens individually-meticulously
basing them on each individual client's personal body type,
goals, and health history, among other critical factors.

Then, once you have your prescriptions and regimens, it doesn't
stop there- these guys refuse to just dump you in your living
room or on a gym floor somewhere with your prescription
print-out clutched in your hot little hand...

Oh no- in fact it's just the beginning.

You will have a connection to your Trainer via a Secure and
Private Messaging System, where you can contact them any time
you like- to get answers to your questions, share your concerns,
and celebrate your Triumphs!

And here's the kicker- while you can contact them any time you
like: via PM, on the forums, or even by toll free call if you
are in the US or Canada, or Skype if you're not...

You may not have to...They are gonna call YOU.

That's correct- once you're on the program, you are FAR from
forgotten- in fact they claim they are not going to LET you
fail. And they back that up with their Iron Strong Guarantee,
too.

Look- fitness doesn't just happen to you. High energy, the
feeling of power, and the satisfaction of looking great doesn't
just come over you like magic. There is a bit of effort
required.

But if you make that effort, the benefits to your health and
strength will spill over into Every Area Of Your Life...

Even your marketing!

So Git Off The Couch, and I'll see you inside :-)

Oh, I almost forgot: As a special favor to me, Glenn (who
happens to be a TIMIC member :) has agreed to offer you, my
valued subscribers, an *exclusive rate* on this phenomenal new
membership. You won't find this ANYWHERE else but Right Here,
Right Now. Just use coupon code WillieC (case sensitive) at
checkout for a nice discount ;-)

This link will be good for three days ONLY, until 11:59:59 PM on
5/4/08 so don't delay: save over 30% off the normal rate before
Glenn puts the price back to normal and launches this incredible
service to the public.

http://TheRealSecrets.com/IronStrongFitness/

How Strong Do YOU Want To Be?

Willie Crawford

PS - The available slots are also limited- due to the insane
level of personal service they are offering, they want to make
darn sure they have everything just so, and they aren't willing
to compromise on quality one little bit, so get over there Right
Now and secure your spot!

PPS - If by some chance you get this late and miss the boat,
don't despair- Glenn and Josh have set up a registered
membership that will allow you to benefit from a lot of the
resources without the personal training component and some of
the premium content while you wait for a spot to become
available, so register today.

Here's a nice testimonial that I recently got from a customer
after he read my biography.

It's both heart-warming and humbling...

"Willie,

In my 40 some years I have had the opportunity to read many
popular "self help" books, such as Psyco-Cybernetics by Maxwell
Maltz, MD and Dan Kennedy, Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill
and the Richest Man in Babylon by George S. Clason. While I must
admit I gained a tremendous magnitude of knowledge from each of
these books; none of them have moved me as much as "Git Off The
Porch."

Your story of how you rose from poverty to prosperity is not
only uplifting, but also a testimonial to anyone who has an
ounce of will to succeed in this thing we call "Life." One may
not be able to help the fact that they are born into a family of
poverty. However, it is also a well known fact, as 'Git off the
Porch" so clearly emphasizes, that you don't have to stay there.
You can rise up higher if you have the willpower and desire to
do so.

Life has so many great things to offer if we are only willing to
accept “the gift."

Your dedication to your work, family and to God is something to
be commended and I offer my utmost respect. Yes, there IS a
reason that Willie Crawford is known as "The Most Honest Man In
Internet Marketing."

I especially related to your “Hit It, And Then Quit” theory.
Although it’s something I have known for many years… I certainly
needed that reminder.

Thank you for sharing your life story with me, having read it...
I feel an overwhelming sense of humbleness and know I have
emerged a better man because of it.

Congratulations on authoring such a well defined piece of work.

All the best of success!

To Be Offered For Only A Few Hours!

Today at 2pm EST, Jeff Walker launches his Product
Launch Formula 2.

Jeff only anticipates keeping it open for 6-8 hours because
of the number people already on the waiting list, and due to
the anticipated demand.

My bonus when you buy Product Launch Formula 2.0 through my

2) A live 2-day seminar hosted by Frank Garon and myself
in Atlanta, Georgia

3) Two 1-hour one-on-one consulting sessions.

This bonus package is actually valued at over $27,000
because the solo mailing is so rare, and can literally MAKE
many businesses. Few other affiliate have a list of this
size... something I've worked on for over a decade.

I already have nearly 30 people who have indicated that they
"plan on" buying PLF through my link. They've contacted me
and some have tentatively locked in mailing dates.

If my bonus package interest you, you need to read the full
because you've been watching it for a month, then you can
also clear your cookies, and then go directly to my link at

http://P-L-Formula.com

I do have to pre-approve the item and text of your solo
mailing. I will not promote things that are questionable
to my list.

If you have any questions, please contact me via my helpdesk
at: http://WillieCrawford.com/helpdesk/

My staff and I will monitor the helpdesk closely today.

When you go to order, don't be surprised if Jeff's server
is slow or overloaded. We expect VERY heavy traffic when
it first opens up. So, please be persistent :-)

I anticipate Jeff Walker ending his sale, and me no longer
offering my bonuses within the next 12 hours. When Jeff
pulls his offer, consider my bonus offer ended too.

<dc:subject>For Karate Instructors</dc:subject>

For Karate Instructors: The Art Of Effective Feedback In Class
By: Paul A. Walker

If you want to become a successful and influential instructor,
you will have to become a master of not only the martial arts
but also of interpersonal skills with your students. The Art of
Effective Feedback will become a cornerstone of your
relationships with your students and of the ultimate success of
your students within your program. Practice this advice and reap
the benefits, ignore it at your peril!

Be sure to give feedback to students in the class on a regular
basis. Try to make all feedback either positive or constructive,
and avoid any negative feedback if possible. Negative feedback
should only be used as a last resort when there are behavioral
issues, rather than issues of poor technique; and even then,
there are steps you should take before resorting to negative
feedback.

Positive feedback is obvious. Comments such as "that was a
great kick," "nice stance," "that's the best I've seen you do
that kata (form)," "you really looked like you were trying hard
in sparring today" go a long way towards creating a positive
atmosphere and a comfortable environment in which to learn.

When you add the student's name to any of the above types of
encouragement then your relationship to that particular student
will improve almost immediately. The importance of using your
students' names when giving feedback cannot be understated. If
you get nothing else from this article, please remember that
personalization of your feedback is often more valuable than the
feedback itself!

Constructive feedback should always have the objective of
giving the student some new information from which they can
learn. Comments such as "your stance is terrible," "your punches
are way off target," and "why do you even bother coming to
class?" are inappropriate and should be avoided, even if they
are true.

It would be better to say things like "Johnny, your kicks are
really good today, you must have been practicing at home. When
you go home today practice the same kicks from a deeper stance
and your karate will look fantastic next time you come back to
class"; or, "Mary, your punches have a lot of power, if you can
deliver them on target every time you're going to be extremely
strong"; or, "James, it looks like you're having a bad day and
that's OK but do you remember that time you came to class and
you were doing an awesome job and trying your best. I was
impressed. I'd love to see that strong spirit again."

These kinds of comments are not going to work every time but
they certainly have more of a chance of encouraging a change in
the student's output in terms of effort and technical competence
than a short one-sentence put down.

These approaches are very simple ways to break the ice between
you and your students and show them not only that you are
serious about helping them progress in the martial arts, but
more importantly that you care about them as a person and as a
valued member of your club.

Gone are the days of the Prima Donna instructor who plays the
role of an indifferent and unaffected demi-God. Here-to-stay,
are the days of realistic and honest feedback from an expert in
the arts to his or her esteemed and paying members.

Your ability to relate to your students will make or break you
in creating a successful and sustainable school. If you would
like some more valuable advice on becoming a great instructor,
then read my FREE Report, "Instructor Mastery: How to Become a
Great Instructor Right from the very First Lesson." You can
download it at http://www.freekarateinformation.com.

Good luck and best wishes to you on your honorable and noble
quest. Feel free to write to me at
your practice or your feedback.

In December 2004, I was introduced to Send Out Cards.
This is a company that allows customers to send real,
full-color greeting cards right over the Internet.

I now use this system to stay in touch with family,
friends, and clients. I also earn a NICE living
from telling others about the system.

Customers log-in to their accounts, select from a
card catalog of more than 8000 cards, enter a
message, upload a digital image to the inside or
cover, confirm the addresses, and click send.

The company prints out a full-color greeting cards,
puts it in a nice envelope, and mails it anywhere
in the world via first-class postage.

I do this for $1.03 per card (if sent to a U.S.
address). Outside of the U.S.... it's slightly more
due to differences in postage rates.

You can also include a gift like a nice box of candy,
or caramel popcorn... and other types of "holiday
gifts" right along with the card.

This system makes it so easy to do your Christmas
shopping and send out your cards that it's crazy
not to use it. In fact, you can create ONE card,
inserting placeholder personalization tags in the
card, then you can upload your database of people
that you want to send that card to, and with a
few clicks of your mouse, you can have fully
personalized versions of that card on the way to
dozens or even hundreds of recipients.

what could be easier.

I'm hosting a free webinar on Wednesday, November
28th, at 9:30 - 10:30 PM EST where my friend Jack
Bastide and I will demonstrate the system and
tell you how to instantly get set up to use the system,
and/or to earn money from telling others how to use
the system.

As we're right in the middle of the holiday season,
NOW is the perfect time to learn more about
SendOutCards.

Get more details on the webinar and to register for
free here:

We'll actually be giving away some fairly valuable
gifts right on the webinar.

Suprise someone that you care about with an
unexpected greeting card.

Actually they wouldn't get it for 2-3 days since
it has to be mailed, but I'll pay for the card
and the postage.

Simply

1) Go to: http://sendoutcards.com/willie

2) Click the link labeled "Click To Send A Free Card"

3) Fill in the form to set up a free account.
- The address that you enter will be the return
address on the envelope.
- The username and password will be used to log
back in and mail additional cards later if you
choose to.

4) You'll step through a process where you can
select from several THOUSAND full-color greeting
cards, enter a message, upload a photo if desired..

Then when you click send, we'll print the card,
stuff it in an envelope with first class postage,
and mail it to anyone in the world :-)

Why would I do this for free... give you a card
that's costing me? I want you to see the system
that I use to keep in touch with family, friends,
and clients.

Many of the people that I set up with a free sample
account, letting them send a few cards at my expense,
later become my customers... especially when they
see what beautiful cards they can send dirt cheap!

Give it a try now. Mail the card to someone in your
house and you get to see their faces light up when
they get that unexpected card.

There's even a short video for you to watch if you
want... the video steps you through our very
intuitive system.

Self Defense For Women - Start With A Sense Of Confidence
by: Jack Krohn

Self defense for women has become a huge issue-from domestic
violence to date rape, from assault in a parking lot to rapes
on a college campus it seems as though women are the prime
targets of these crimes, anytime, anywhere.

Hundreds and thousands of rape cases have been reported around
the world, and studies and reports clearly show an increasing
trend in this direction. Sadly, most cases go
unreported-approximately 95%. Same is the case when it comes to
murders, sexual assault, robberies and other crimes. It seems
that women are not safe anywhere and vulnerable to different
crimes all the time.

Sad to say most women fall into the category of "it happens to
the other guy". They think such things cannot happen to them or
always happen to other people. WRONG! More and more women are
taking proactive steps to help prepare themselves for the day
when something might happen-it is the prudent thing to do.
Having a sense of self confidence is step number one.

Did You Know?

--One out of four women will be sexually assaulted on a college
campus.
--One out of eight women will be raped while in college.
--84% of women who were raped knew their assailant.
--57% of rapes occur on a date.
--75% of male students and 55% of female students involved in
date rape had been drinking or using drugs.

Just think about the world we live in today. Statistics show
that every two and a half minutes someone in the U.S. is
sexually assaulted. This would make you realize that no one is
actually safe or immune from violence. It makes sense to be
aware and prepare yourself before it's too late. Save yourself
from being the next statistic.

Preparation is the key to success when it comes to self defense
for woman. It helps build the self confidence you need to
prevail in an assault situation. Experts believe that when an
assault occurs most victims are caught off guard, panic and
don't think clearly.

With a little courage, common sense and PRACTICE your survival
instincts will kick in. Therefore to excel in the art of
self-defense, you must be mentally and physically prepared.
Just carrying self-defense weapons or attending a course will
not help you anymore. You must keep PRACTICING some self
defense tips and techniques so that you are always charged with
the confidence to win in an attack.

Stay aware of your environment and do not let yourself to be
caught off guard. Get a good self defense instructional DVD
that can teach you what you need to know to survive a street
attack. Learn the art of fighting back. Learn how to use and
carry some non lethal self defense weapons such as stun guns
and pepper spray.

Carrying these self defense products and getting the self
defense training will offer you a sense of security and
confidence and make you feel that you are armed to face an
assailant anytime.

Kumdo, The Martial Art Of Swordsmanship
by Yoshi Kundagawa

I recently had a couple of students in my Wing Chun class ask
for training in swordsmanship. Now, Kung Fu has a lot of
weapons forms, but they tend to be stylized, rather than
sparring formats. I originally thought of teaching them Kendo,
on the Japanese forms, but having just taken some Tae Kwon Do
classes of my own, I decided to look a little further afield.
I found the Korean cognate of Kendo, called kumdo.

While there are a lot of practitioners of kumdo who claim that
their techniques are passed down over the centuries in secret
rituals, a little bit of digging showed that it's incredibly
unlikely that this is the case. When the Imperial Army of
Japan occupied Chosun (now Korea) in the early 20th century,
they brought kendo with them. Prior to that, because of the
Confucian influences from China, and a Korean superstition
about sharp objects, the art of the sword in Korea had been
withering on the vine for going on three hundred years. The
Koreans, like any culture that adopts guns, had relegated the
sword to a secondary, and eventually tertiary weapon for
military training, and Confucianism put a stronger emphasis on
scholarship than martial arts.

So, kumdo sort of grew from Kendo, and it has a lot of obvious
similarities. You use a split bamboo practice sword (called a
shinai in Kendo, and a jukdo in kumdo), and wear rigid practice
armor (called a bogu in kendo and a hogu in kumdo.) The two
arts have been diverging slowly since 1945, though the basic
forms are nearly identical from what I've been looking up. The
Korean protective gear is a bit more modern and practical in
design, being a bit less tied to tradition than the kendo gear.
It is kind of nice to be able to use kendo gear for it, or mix
and match. (We have some gear left over from when a prior
instructor at the school tried to teach Kendo. It didn't go
over well, but the gear is still here at the school.)

Kumdo and Kendo are close enough in form that Kumdo teams
participate in the World Kendo Championships. While there are
some differences (Kumdo focuses a bit more on point strikes
than power and speed), the kumdo teams do respectably.

Overall, it looks like a good fit with what my students are
asking for, which is more an overview of swordsmanship
techniques, and as there's a strong Korean community in Las
Vegas, I may be able to set up classes with a wider audience.
Kumdo is the second most popular sport in Korea, so it may have
some traction here.

Shaolin Kung Fu Exercises Which Promotes Agile
Footwork And Intricate Hand Techniques.
by Yoshi Kundagawa

When many people think of Shaolin Kung Fu they think of
meditation and chi. While it is true that Shaolin Kung Fu does
stress meditation and the use of inner energy, it is actually
an external form of Chinese martial arts. This means that it is
more involved in the external powers and forces. There are many
styles of Shaolin Kung Fu which can include many types of
attacks and defenses including joint locks, punching, kicking,
throws, straight blocking, force direction, and many more.
However, the two things that most types of schools of Shaolin
Kung Fu all stress is fast handwork and quick footwork. Many
Shaolin Kung Fu exercises promote these skills.

When practicing Shaolin Kung Fu, striking it is important to
keep the feet moving as you punch. If your feet are planted
like roots you will not be able to adjust to the next attack or
set up another attack. Your moves must flow from one to another
and you must be ready to change your motions in mid-movement in
case an opponent launches an attack. You should practice staying
light on your feet and moving your weight around. Each attack
must leave the door open for another quick attack, or a sudden
defense. Your Shaolin Kung Fu exercises should strive for agile
footwork while striking, rather than training both aspects
independently.

When practicing Shaolin Kung Fu punching you should also have
targets that help improve your accuracy and speed. A strong
punch is meaningless if it does not hit the target, or is so
slow that it is easily blocked or countered. Your punches must
also be fast so that you can quickly move into another attack,
or react defensively. After a punch is thrown it should be
retracted quickly so that arm can defend if needed. Many
martial arts shops sell pads that can be mounted on a human
body in many places such as the hands, ribs, and legs. Your
training partner should wear these pads so that you can
practice at full speed and have moving targets. While striking
the pads at full speed your training partner should be moving
around so that you have a moving target. Hand mounted pads are
great because they can be moved very quickly to aid in the
training of fast combos. You and your Shaolin Kung Fu training
partner can develop a routine in which you strike at the left
side of the face, and then the chest. Your partner can move the
pad from one location to the next quickly, which forces you to
strike two targets as fast as possible.

If your hands are fast and precise, and your footwork is light
and agile, you will have quick attacks that cannot be blocked
and will be able to react to any defense of offense. Too many
people hit a punching bag target with their feet flat. Punching
bags do not challenge your precision like a smaller moving
target does.

Street Fight Tips: General Tips For Street Fights
By: Sean Lee

Street fights are real mean and while defending yourself from
attacks may find yourself in jail too when accidentally you
injure the assailants seriously. As such try to avoid street
fighting as much as possible. Yep, being called a coward may be
demeaning, but ain't it much better than getting a prison serial
number? The choice is yours.

Next step is to keep calm, don't let the rough situation
control you but keep your mind focused and use it to you
advantage.

After all the grappling and miss punches againt your opponent,
if it fails to make its mark and now your mouths already
pressed steafeningly against your opponent, well grap the
opportunity and bite! Human jaw has a mean, powerful muscle,
clamp your teeth hard on the exposed area of the opponent
inflicting some brutal incisions. For many, this painful bite
keeps them off your back. Use this technique only when you are
pinned down, unable to move your arms or legs. And yes, biting
doesn't mean small nips of irritaion but strong bite with your
mouth and with as much force as you can muster. Pull your mouth
away from your opponent quickly once you can't bite any further,
spitting off what you just bit off. Its gross but may just have
saved your life!

The key to winning a street fight is to keep a clear head; know
your opponent. The oponent may be high with some illegal drugs
giving them superhuman abilities and impervious to pain. So
check out for this. Its better to run a mile away from this guy
then to mess with him in this state. Or if you are strong
enough, disable him by breaking arms or legs. Choking, to cause
them to pass out without dying is also a good tactic, but do so
only if you are sure. Once the opponent goes limp, don't just
leave him there, alert the authorities for medical treatment
showing your good intentions.

Also if the need arises to really fight, make sure you attack
the weak points, forehead to groin parts. Try also to face an
opponent almost side on so that your weak parts are covered.
Don't just punch them, most of it will be in thin air! Hit from
your body, not from your shoulder and arm alone so that the
force will be more. Make sure to turn your waist with the punch
to coordinate your whole body with the strike. For beginners,
its best to use open palms with force. Well sometimes your loud
screams works in distracting the opponent too. So while punching
and kicking, some 'HAIII Yah!' may unnerve them but don't overdo
it please, it may just leave you breathless! Also even if you
have to grind your teeth, never show your opponent that you are
in pain. A strong approach may unnerve them or simply act as if
you are enjoying the fight, unnerving the attacker. Keeping a
cool head is the lesson here.
